"Prices Are Fine, Just Not That Great"
Not gonna lie, I’d probably give this about 3 stars because the prices are just kind of average. Some items feel fair for what you’re paying, but I wouldn’t call it super cheap or an amazing deal. Once you add shipping and any extras, it can feel a little less worth it. Overall, it’s not bad, just not as budget-friendly as I was hoping.

"Support was okay, but nobody really seemed to own the issue"
I had to wait a bit to hear back, and at first it wasn’t really clear who was supposed to be handling my question. It felt like ownership was kind of vague, which was frustrating. They did eventually reply and get it sorted out, so I can’t say it was terrible, just not the quickest or most organized support experience.

"Thank goodness the package was totally plain"
I was way more nervous than I needed to be about the box showing up with something obvious on it, like my entire life was about to be announced on the porch. But nope, it was just a plain, normal-looking package with no site name or weird labels anywhere. Huge relief. Delivery went smoothly too, so overall I’m happy with it.

"Decent look, but frustrating timing"
The site looks fine at first glance, but actually using it got annoying. Pages kept taking just long enough to load that it messed with my flow, especially when I was trying to find something quickly. A few buttons didn’t do what I expected either, so I ended up clicking around way too much just to get basic info. It’s not terrible, but the slow timing and clunky navigation really need to be cleaned up.

"Refund came through faster than I thought"
I ended up having to cancel my order and wasn’t looking forward to dealing with the refund part. I kind of expected it to drag on, but after trying the process, I was relieved to see the money back on my card within a few days.
The support reply was short, but it told me what I needed to know. I did have to follow up once, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but the refund speed really surprised me in a good way

I ordered from fascinatingnights.com last week and, i was a little nervous at first because I’ve been fooled by online shops before. But the tracking updated normally, the package arrived exactly when they said it would, and everything I ordered was inside. It was just a relief to have the whole delivery go smoothly for once. I’d order again

"Good discount, checkout was just okay"
The promo code worked and I did save some money, so that part was nice. Checkout went through okay, but it wasn’t exactly impressive. If they’re offering anything for the feedback or the so-so experience, a small credit or coupon would definitely be appreciated.

The dress looked way different in person than it did in the photos. The pictures made it seem nicer, but when it showed up, it just wasn’t the same. Kind of disappointing, like I thought I was ordering one thing and got something else.

I ordered from Fascinating Nights and yeah, it did show up, but it took longer than I expected. The tracking was also kind of behind, behind, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on for a bit. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just slower than I would’ve liked.

I ordered a few things from fascinatingnights.com, only one item was actually what I asked for. The colors didn’t match what I picked, and one of the sizes was completely wrong, like they just tossed random items into the package and called it done.
Then I had to spend extra time trying to get it fixed, which was the last thing I wanted to deal with. Going back and forth over mistakes they made was just frustrating and felt like unnecessary work. I won’t be ordering again because the order accuracy was really bad.

"Pretty good mix of things to choose from"
I checked out Fascinating Nights and the selection was better than I figured it would be. There was a lot of different styles to look through, so it didn’t feel like the same stuff over and over. The options was nice because I could take my time and not feel like I had to just grab the first thing I saw. I’d probably look there again next time
